Tessera（以下「本アプリ」）は、利用者ご自身の Alibaba Cloud Model Studio の API キーを使って、各種の生成AIモデルを試せる iOS アプリです。本アプリは個人開発の非公式アプリであり、Alibaba Group とは提携・承認関係にありません。開発者は本アプリの利用者から個人情報を収集しません。
1. 開発者が収集する情報
ありません。開発者が運営するサーバーは存在せず、アクセス解析ツールや広告配信のためのソフトウェアも組み込んでいません。
2. 端末内に保存する情報
- API キー：端末のキーチェーンに保存します。
- 会話履歴、生成した画像・動画・音声、使用量の記録、設定：端末内（アプリのデータ領域）にのみ保存します。
これらは開発者を含む第三者に送信されません。アプリを削除するとすべて消去されます。アプリ内から個別の会話を削除することもできます。
3. 外部への送信（Alibaba Cloud Model Studio）
利用者が送信操作をしたときに限り、入力したテキスト、添付した画像・音声、録音した音声、および API キーが、利用者が選択したリージョンの Alibaba Cloud Model Studio（DashScope）API（dashscope-intl.aliyuncs.com、dashscope-us.aliyuncs.com、dashscope.aliyuncs.com、または利用者が指定したワークスペース URL）へ直接送信されます。送信されたデータの取り扱いは、利用者と Alibaba Cloud との契約およびAlibaba Cloud のプライバシーポリシーに従います。本アプリは API キーが設定されていない限り、これらのサービスに接続しません。
4. 権限の利用
- マイク：音声入力・文字起こし・音声対話・ボイスクローンのための録音に使用します。
- カメラ／写真：AI に送る画像の撮影・選択、および生成した画像の保存に使用します。
- 通知：バックグラウンドでの生成が完了したことをお知らせするために使用します。
5. アプリ内課金
「開発者にコーヒーをおごる」機能の購入は Apple の App Store を通じて処理されます。開発者が支払い情報を受け取ることはありません。
6. お子さまのプライバシー
本アプリは13歳未満のお子さまを対象としておらず、お子さまの情報を意図的に収集することはありません。

Tessera ("the App") is an iOS app for trying generative AI models with your own Alibaba Cloud Model Studio API key. It is an unofficial app by an independent developer and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Alibaba Group. The developer does not collect any personal information from users.
1. Information the developer collects
None. The developer operates no servers, and the App contains no analytics or advertising software.
2. Information stored on your device
- Your API key is stored in the device Keychain.
- Conversation history, generated images, videos and audio, usage records and settings are stored only in the App's data container on your device.
None of this is sent to the developer or any other third party. Deleting the App removes all of it; individual conversations can also be deleted within the App.
3. Data sent to Alibaba Cloud Model Studio
Only when you send a request, the text you enter, images and audio you attach or record, and your API key are sent directly to the Alibaba Cloud Model Studio (DashScope) API in the region you selected (dashscope-intl.aliyuncs.com, dashscope-us.aliyuncs.com, dashscope.aliyuncs.com, or a workspace URL you specify). That data is handled under your agreement with Alibaba Cloud and its privacy policy. The App does not connect to these services unless an API key is set.
4. Permissions
- Microphone: recording for voice input, transcription, voice chat and voice cloning.
- Camera / Photos: capturing or choosing images to send to the AI, and saving generated images.
- Notifications: letting you know when a background generation has finished.
5. In-app purchases
"Buy the developer a coffee" purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. The developer never receives your payment details.
6. Children's privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from them.

If this policy changes, this page will be updated along with the "last updated" date.
